Abstract
In today's China's rapid economic development, international business contracts provide safeguard for the normal conduct of business, international business contract refers to the foreign economic and trade activities, the two sides have the rights and obligations of a particular transaction after reaching a negotiated consensus reached a written document. Due to a legally binding contract, rights and obligations of the provisions of the direct relationship between the economic interests of the parties, therefore the contracting parties to the contract contents, language expression, even the use of a word a word are very concerned about. Accurate translation become critical. This article from the perspective of the international business contract translation of English-Chinese translation expounded the application of the theory of dynamic equivalence in business English contract.
