摘要
小学英语教学作为外语教学的启蒙教学,影响着学习者的未来学习和发展。英语学习的过程应该先从听、说着手,使孩子在听的基础上进行模仿,然后进行语言的输出,进而能够熟练的进行语言表达。处于7-12岁的小学生具有好奇、好动、好表现等特点,他们的模仿力和记忆力强,形象思维强。小学英语教学应当特别重视听说训练。在实际的小学教育教学中,多数学生的读、写能力要比听、说能力好,有些家长和老师总是认为学习英语就是记忆单词、词组,教学的重点主要放在让学生背诵、理解和记忆各种语法规则,显然这不符合语言学习的正常规律,这也是我国的外语水平远不如周边国家的原因之一。所以本文以小学生的英语听说为研究对象,研究现在小学生英语听说能力的现状和存在的问题,最终提出相应的策略,希望本文的研究能够提高我国小学生的英语听说能力。

Abstract
English Teaching in primary schools as the Enlightenment of foreign language teaching, which influences the learning and development of learners. The process of English learning should start from listening and speaking, so that the children can imitate the basis of listening, and then carry out the output of language, and then be able to skillfully carry out language expression. In the 7-12 years old pupils with a curious, active, good performance characteristics, their ability to imitate and memory, thinking in images. Primary school English teaching should pay special attention to the training of listening and speaking. In the practical teaching of primary school education, most students' reading and writing ability is better than listening, speaking ability, some parents and teachers always think that learning English is the memory of words, phrases, the focus of teaching to allow students to memorize, understand and remember all kinds of grammar rules, which is not in line with the normal rules of language learning, which is not as good as one of the reasons for the neighboring countries. So this paper takes the students' English listening and speaking as the research object, and studies the current situation and existing problems of English listening and speaking ability of students, and puts forward the corresponding strategies, hoping that this study can improve the students' listening and speaking ability in our country.
