Abstract
This paper is to introduce some effective question skills with the concern of the real classroom situation. After examining roughly the main reasons for questioning and some criteria of good questioning, the paper makes a detailed introduction of some questioning skills. It introduces some factors affecting teacher questioning and then some principles of teacher questioning. It further provides some recommendations for teachers who want to improve their questioning skills.
