一、历史悠久的茶饮文化
(一)茶道
茶道一词,历史久远。
“孰知茶道全尔真,唯有丹丘得如此”。出自唐代诗僧皎然《饮茶歌·诮崔石使君》的这两句韵文,说明在汉唐时期,茶被认为是修身成仙的一种灵物;行茶的方式和吃茶的身心体验,可以助益人们摆脱日常烦恼,甚至人生根除烦恼的有效途径。
然而,将一种文化体系冠以“茶道”之名,并持续充实从而形成内容丰富、观念完整、规则严谨且颇具民族特色的修行方式和艺术国粹的,是日本。以至于当人们提到“茶道”一词,多半就联想到日本的茶文化形式。
