摘 要 :个人的发展受内因和外因的影响,对于幼儿,他们的个性的养成更是受所接受的教育影响.因此个性化的幼儿教育可帮助其发展自身优势,树立自信心,最终发展成为人格健全的社会接班人.文章通过对个性化教育的教学实践研究,论证个性化教育对幼儿个性的重要作用,以期为幼教事业及幼儿的个性发展付出绵薄之力.
