——以Y县X幼儿园为例
[摘 要] 幼儿园教师是幼儿学习的指路人,是让幼儿萌发学习兴趣,探索精神的引导者。所以要求幼儿教师要有较高的个人修养。但实际上幼儿教师普遍学历低,幼儿教师素养也是存在着个别问题。从以下几点来提升教师的教师素养,教育观念和师德,加强校本培训来不断探索幼儿成长问题,提升工作能力。
