一、幼儿园教师该具备的修养
1、要有执着的事业心 幼儿园的日常工作是琐碎和平凡的,同时情况又是复杂多变的,有时孩子的行为会出现问题,有时孩子的生活又需要教师特殊的照顾,在这样艰巨的工作下,许多教师不免会出现烦躁情绪,而这种情绪会传递给敏感的孩子,使他们感到焦虑不安。所以教师应该对幼儿教育工作的特点有一个正确的认识,有充分的准备,坚定信念,保持一颗执着的事业心。
