摘要

我国的建设监理制度于1988年在全国范围内开始施行,到了1997年,《中华人民共和国建筑法》中才正式建立了监理的法律地位。作为一个举足轻重的建筑主体,监理行业已渐渐走向成熟。这个逐渐走向成熟的发展进程,使其在我国的建设工程管理中,为逐步走向社会化、专业化、规范化道路奠定了一个良好的基础。随着社会经济的发展,监理行业也将面临更多的机遇和挑战。当然,问题往往是和机遇并存的:比如大多数监理人员在现场缺少一套规范化的方法,开展工作具有一定的随意性,有时会处于一些被动状态,还无法正确把握该做什么、怎么做、做到什么程度;尤其是对理解上的误区,将使工作做得不到位,从而使监理作用的发挥受到一定的限制。
通过改进和规范监理管理体系,提升监理人员的服务意识,提升监理人员的素质,以适应现代管理,提升监理服务质量,才能更好的适应监理企业将来的成长发展。
本文通过查阅和调研各类文献资料,对于如何提高工程监理的服务质量问题,作了初步的挖掘和探讨。并从服务质量的角度,提出了当前工程监理中存在的问题。然后,提出了一些有效的对策和措施。
通过案例分析,阐述了如何提高工程监理服务质量。指出应建立和完善相关制度,并提出要加强人员培训,加强各方沟通,提升监理人员的服务意识,从而真正提升监理工作的服务质量。
