摘要
近年来,国家不断加大新型城镇化建设力度,一大批重点工程、形象工程促进了我国建筑业转型升级,同时随着“一带一路”国家战略的实施,中国建筑企业在海外新签合同出现大幅增长,建筑业支柱产业地位不断稳固,建筑企业规模逐步扩大。我国的建筑工程质量和服务质量的总体水平不断加强,在建筑工程领域,我们国家一直强调必须贯彻“百年大计,质量第一”的方针。工程项目建设涉及到国家和社会的方方面面,只有通过科学咨询,精心设计,优良施工,才能建设出质量合格的工程项目,实现投资者的期望。总承包企业要承担施工总体管理和目标控制的任务与责任,同时有责任对分包单位实行统一指挥、管理和监督,对质量、进度、安全等进行控制。面对众多专业承包商,管理跨度大,协调困难,工程质量管理易造成混乱和失控,直接影响总承包质量目标的实现,因此总承包工程管理把质量管理放在头等重要位置非常必要的。
