摘要 企业的发展离不开人才,提升核心竞争力最终取决于人才的培养。随着新一代员工在工作场所涌现,该集团迅速成长为业务发展的中坚力量。近年来,新一代员工流动频繁,流失率高的现象引起了社会的广泛关注。原因是新一代员工对组织没有归属感和认同感,导致他们工作中的低水平幸福感。因此损害组织的利益和其他影响行为的表现。为了减少甚至消除新一代员工的工作效率降低,研究其内在机制迫在眉睫。

A Study on the Effect of Employees'Work Attitude and Psychological Behavior on Work Efficiency Abstract The development of enterprises can not be separated from talents, and the promotion of core competitiveness ultimately depends on the cultivation of talents. With the emergence of a new generation of employees in the workplace, the group has rapidly grown into the backbone of business development. In recent years, the new generation of employees has been moving frequently, and the phenomenon of high turnover rate has aroused widespread concern in society. The reason is that the new generation of employees have no sense of belonging and identity to the organization, which leads to their low level of happiness in their work. Consequently, it impairs the interests of the organization and the performance of other influential acts. In order to reduce or even eliminate the work efficiency of the new generation of employees, it is urgent to study its internal mechanism.
