摘要
潜能是指由于种种原因而未得到开发的隐藏在人的内部的、但在科学的管理方法激发下可能发挥出来的能力。表现在工作上,就是员工能够以极高的工作热情和积极性发挥最大限度的能力,为企业做出最大的贡献。对于一个温州本土中小民营企业组织来说,要保持企业的创新与发展,员工的潜能发挥极其重要。如何采取措施和办法来激发员工的工作潜能?本文主要是从温州某塑编公司员工的工作现状出发,研究员工的群体特征,再结合分析温州某塑编公司的激励机制,试从情感激励、物质激励、精神激励等方面进行探析,努力达到充分发挥员工潜能,实现企业和员工双赢的目标。
