摘要:教师工作满意度是关于教师教育管理的重要研究内容,探讨教师工作满意度问题有助于培训学校深入了解教师的职业态度、执教热情和工作积极性等直接影响教育教学质量的心理倾向,同时教师工作满意状况也是影响教师职业成熟度和教师心理健康的重要因素。因此对教师工作满意度研究和探讨有着非常重要的现实意义。所以我们要分析探讨培训学校教师工作满意度的基本情况,并针对培训学校教师工作满意度的现状提出对策。
