深川企管销售人员绩效考核体系研究设计
摘要:本文采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的系统研究方法,以深川企管销售人员为研究对象,在充分调查、研究该公司相关资料的基础上,结合公司实际情况,了解公司绩效考核体系现状,分析总结后,对该公司销售人员绩效考核体系进行研究设计,制定出适合此公司销售部可以量化考核的绩效考核体系。
