基层销售员工的绩效考核体系优化设计——以中华联合财产保险有限公司为例
摘要:绩效考核作为企业人力资源管理的重要手段,在企业战略执行中所发挥的作用是举足轻重,其建立的有效程度决定了企业管理的有效程度。因此,建立科学的绩效考核体系是企业发展的需要,也是评价员工在企业表现真实性的重要手段。现随着经济改革的逐渐深化,保险企业成为金融投资行业的重要部门,而基层销售人员作为保险企业基数最大也是最重要的一个组成部分,在企业中有着至关重要的作用。本篇文章主要是通过问卷调查的方式,来针对中华联合财产保险有限公司基层销员工绩效考核管理中出现的问题来进行绩效考核体系的优化设计。
