扬声器面板注塑模具设计
摘 要
本次毕业设计的课题是扬声器面板的注塑模具设计，其中主要利用的软件有PRO/E和AutoCAD。设计过程中主要包括了零件结构特点分析、零件材料的选择、浇注系统设计、冷却系统的设计及模架结构设计。这是一个把传统的模具设计制造模式和计算机绘图软件Pro/E结合在一起，最后利用AutoCAD绘制了该副模具的总体装配图和重要零件的零件图得过程。本次设计的中的塑料产品和塑料模具工业在当前国民经济中占据重要地位，在塑料制品的生产中，高质量的模具设计、先进的模具制造设备、合理的加工工艺、优质的模具材料和现代化的成型设备等都是成形优质塑件的重要条件。本产品的设计考虑到产品特点、生产经济效益和设计质量。所设计的模具结构简单，机构运行可靠，所绘制的模具图纸对实际生产具有指导意义。本次设计分四章来阐述整个设计的分析思路和设计过程。

The Injection Mold Design of Speaker Panel
Abstract
The issue is the graduation speaker panel injection mold design, the main use of the software has a PRO / E and AutoCAD. Design process includes analysis of structural characteristics of parts, spare parts material selection, design of gating system, cooling system design and structural design of mold. This is a mold of the traditional manufacturing model and computer graphics design software Pro / E combination, the last use of AutoCAD drawing of the die deputy general assembly drawings and part drawings were important parts of the process. The design of plastic products and plastic mold industry occupies an important position in the national economy in the production of plastic products, high-quality mold design, mold manufacturing of advanced equipment, reasonable processing technology, high-quality materials and mold molding equipment, modern high-quality plastic parts are forming an important condition. This product is designed taking into account the product characteristics, production cost and quality of design. The die structure design is simple, reliable institutions, the drawing die drawing on the actual production of guidance. The four chapters designed to illustrate the analysis of the design ideas and design process.
