餐饮业并非高尖端产业,但却是人民生活不可或缺的产业。自古以来,餐饮业就在中国的历史舞台上占有着重要的一席,也是商家生财之道的一条佳径。古代只能采用声音文字来为餐饮业做宣传推广,餐饮业的发展保持一种稳定而缓慢的势态;而近年来,社会经济的稳步发展和科技水平的不断提高不仅使得餐饮业保持持续快速发展,更让这一产业行业规模和经营领域日趋扩大,成为国内消费需求市场中增长幅度最高、发展速度最快的热点行业。电子商务与餐饮业的结合发展是今年来商业发展中的一大社会现象,特别是对于O2O模式的进军,其中蕴藏的商业机会是巨大的。对中国的餐饮业来说,如何利用电子商务所提供的契机,提高在商业预定,采购,信息管理以及便捷支付等方面的能力、全面提升市场适应能力和竞争力以及如何更好地适应在入世后经营环境变化的需要已成为商业发展中一项紧迫地研究任务。探究餐饮业中电子商务的运用,以及深入研究两者的优化协调可持续发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。

In recent years, the steady development of social economy and the constant improvement of the level of science and technology not only makes the restaurant industry to maintain sustained and rapid development, more let the industry increasingly expanding scale and business scope, which became the highest growth in domestic consumption market, the fastest development hotspot industries. The combination of e-commerce and catering industry development is a major social phenomenon in the development of this year to business, especially the O2O mode, with business opportunities is huge.
