一、企业财务管理存在的问题
(一)、管理观念陈旧
1、现在太多企业的管理者思想观念陈旧,不能与时俱进,作为一个管理者的角色很重要,如果不能及时的安排任务,不能很好的理解市场和充分估计到市场的竞争残酷,等到出现问题再做处理的话,这恐怕是作为一个管理者绩效最差的,最严重的问题所在。
2、由于观念与学习跟不上,工作缺乏热情,更让管理者的工作技能在快速发展的竞争环境大大减弱,这样就造成了管理者无法在指导帮助自己的员工进步,不能很好的授权和沟通,造成了管理者和员工的工作质量大大下降。
3、作为一个管理者应该要有敬业精神和奉献意识,不应该花更多的时间和精力去关注自己的得失,对责任与义务却考
