纵观现代企业,“以人为本”已成为每个公司对待企业发展的首要宗旨,继而人力资源学显得尤为重要。而现代企业人力资源管理是以企业人力资源为中心,研究如何实现企业资源的合理配置。要从以物为中心的管理转向以人为中心的管理,更加重视人力资源的开发,更加重视人力资源的投入,来提高人力资源的利用程度,实现企业核心竞争力与可持续发展的长远目标。
