网络作为一种载体、一种工具,其价值已不被人怀疑。通过对网络的使用,个人、群体、组织都可以从事原来不可以从事的工作或者以更快捷的方式从事原来的工作。我们这里讲的人力资源管理网络化,从更深层的意义上讲实际上就是一种理念,一种“统一规范”的理念——人们在同一基础上,使用同一手段进行交流。伴随着网络技术的发展,全球经济一体化的加快以及企业自身的飞速发展,网络在企业竞争中的地位日趋重要。在新的发展形势下,谁率先实现了网络化管理,谁就具备了竞争的优势。因此在网络化时代,企业人力资源管理也面临着十分严峻的挑战。在新的形势下,实行人力资源管理网络化已成为企业管理的重中之重。人力资源管理网络化是企业应对挑战、适应环境变化、提高管理效率、提升核心竞争力的关键性因素。
