内 容 摘 要
中国加入WTO以后,外资银行进入中国的速度不断地加快,中资银行与外资银行的角逐全方位展开,竞争的焦点主要集中在中间业务上。另一方面,随着存贷利率差的逐渐变小,传统的资产负债业务已经不能为银行创造更多的利润,因此,发展中间业务是我国商业银行的必然选择。
本文首先介绍了中间业务的概念、特点、分类以及在我国发展中间业务的重要意义。其次介绍我国商业银行中间业务的发展现状,并分析我国商业银行中间业务存在的问题,揭示制约中间业务发展的因素;最后提出建立一体化营销策略等策略来发展我国商业银行中间业务。
