我国企业管理现状分析与对策
摘要:中国企业的发展经历了几百年的时间,尤其是改革开放以来,中国企业的规模、管理模式,也随之发生很大变化。许多优秀的国有、集体、私营企业逐步形成了自己行之有效的独特风格。然而,合资企业和外商独资企业的出现给中国本土企业带来了许多观念上的冲击。尤其是经过2008年的国际金融危机,中国企业被迫面临转型,面临于招工和融资的困难。
中国企业怎么应对挑战?已成为社会各界普偏关注的热点问题。但是中国企业目前缺什么?却很少有人提到。中国企业究竟缺什么?20世纪80年代大小企业一片呼喊缺资金。现在居民储蓄达到8万亿元,利率也不断降低,已达到前所未有的水平可是中小企业还是面临融资难的问题;90年代,大家认为厂长、经理收入不足以激发积极性,现在越来越多的实行薪金制,而且企业不同程度的改了制,然而企业还是并未出现盼望的繁荣景象。许多企业在面对难题时还是承受不住。究其原因,有一个问题被我们忽视了:那就是企业管理的变革落后于市场经济的发展。我们缺少一个与市场经济相适应的系统的、科学的企业管理体系。
