内 容 摘 要
质量的战略是企业质量的带全局性、长期性、根本性的谋期,是以质量的战略目标为核心,在对企业自身质量竞争条件,如所处的世界市场竞争环境及今后的发展趋势的正确预测的基础上制定的。其内容包括;战略指导思想、战略目标、战略步骤、战略重点、战略布局、战略对策与措施等战略决策。质量战略规划是以质量战略为前提制定的。它侧重于定量分析,是质量战略的延伸和具体化。质量战略管理是个过程。它包括:战略准备、战略制定、战略规划、战略实施四个
阶段。其中主要是依据战略规划制定战略计划和具体的项目计划组织实施。
