内 容 摘 要
企业文化的兴起时现代企业管理发展的一个新里程,是管理思想的一次革命。改革开放以来,我国商业企业文化的研究,从理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用。
在商品经济的今天,企业要想发展并在竞争中立于不败之地,必须高度重视企业文化建设,充分发挥企业文化在市场竞争中的作用。
本文从企业文化的基础理论介绍入手,阐述了企业文化的形成、重要性及进行“三探究”,主要以海南航空的企业文化作为实证分析,指出商业企业的文化研究是企业成功的奠基石。
