入世后,我国国有企业的发展状况如何,为世人所瞩目。与以往竞争所不同的是,人才成为企业竞争的关键因素。目前,我国的国企改革正处于攻坚阶段,要使国企摆脱困境,增强国企的市场竞争力,就必须重视和正视人力资源管理中存在的问题,以便我们切实分析了我国国有企业面临的现状及其问题产生的原因,并及时弥补,以期国企的改革发展创设良好基础。
