员工“跳槽”现象分析研究
内 容 摘 要
在当今社会中,很多企业的员工都或多或少是从一个企业跳槽到另一个行业中,在如今是非常正常的现象。文章以企业员工跳槽为研究对象,在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,运用理论理论与实践相结合的方法着重对企业员工跳槽原因及对策进行分析。改革开放以来,我国是世界上经济增长速度最快的国家,但目前我国的员工跳槽问题相当严重。为什么员工跳槽如此频繁?原因究竟在哪里?其对企业有什么影响?如何有效地解决人才流失问题成为每个企业所必须解决的历史课题。本文从人才流失对企业造成的危害入手,浅谈了员工跳槽的几个因素,如:员工因素,企业因素,社会环境的因素等,本文同时提出了企业解决人才流失的对策。
