一、研究背景与意义
我国民营经济经过改革开放三十多年的不断发展,从无到有、从大到小,已经形成较强的经济实力和较全的经济体制,在拉动经济增长、缓解就业压力等方面发挥重要作用。在我国经济体中占有重要分量,并未我国最终实现经济繁荣做举足轻重的贡献。在新世纪的到来新信息技术经济将成为国际的发展潮流。新经济的日新月异使得传统经济遭受严峻挑战,当下面对国际的市场竞争,也给民营企业带来更大困阻。特别是人力资源配置对民营企业的发展起重要影响。因而,民营企业重视人力资源,是可持续发展的根基。并对制度的创新。
民营经济的发展对我国宏观经济意义深远。首先民营企业要认识自身不足和发展中的问题所在,并对问题进行专项分析和解决。而后为民营企业的成长提供可行对策。可争强民营资本,缓解资金压力
