本国企业应对欧盟技术性贸易壁垒的问题研究

[摘 要]：随着传统的关税和非关税壁垒在WTO 的自由贸易原则之下越来越受到限制和制约，为了阻止发展中国家产品进口对国内产品的冲击，西方发达国家纷纷采取隐蔽性更强、透明度更低、更不易监督和预测的保护性措施——技术贸易壁垒，以阻止发展中国家的产品进入本国市场，保护本国厂商的利益。本文从技术性贸易壁垒的概念入手，介绍了WTO 框架下的规定和欧盟有关这方面最新的限制和规定以及对我国的影响，最后提出了一些应对欧盟技术性贸易壁垒的措施。

The Research on Dealing with

Technological Trade Barriers of EU for Our Enterprises【Abstract】: As the traditional tariff and non-tariff barriers are being more and more restricted and limited within the free trade principle of WTO, in order to prevent domestic products’ shocks resulting from imports of developing countries, the western developed countries gradually adopt protective measures---technological trade barriers that is more transparent, secret and not easy to supervise and predict, so as to prohibit products of developing countries entering domestic market and to protect benefits of own enterprises. This article introduces rules within frames of WTO, newest limitations of EU on this matter and its impacts, through the conception of technological trade barriers. At last, it provides some measures for dealing with the technological trade barriers of EU.
