论企业的核心竞争力
[摘 要]：当前，经济全球化已经成为不可逆转的历史潮流，对各国企业，特别是发展中国家的企业产生了深刻影响。和国外跨国公司相比，我国很大部分企业技术落后、设备陈旧、管理僵化、专业化程度不高，参与竞争和抵御风险能力明显不足。由此，中国企业要生存和发展，要和跨国公司抗衡，要抵御住国际经济风险，必须大力发展自己的核心竞争力，这也是近几年学术界和企业界比较关注的话题，本文通过阐述企业核心竞争力的来源，内涵，主要特点，具体作用，以及针对我国企业的实际情况，对如何提高企业核心竞争力提出个人的一些建议和看法。

[Abstract]: Currently, economic globalization has become an irreversible historical trend,for enterprises of all countries, particularly developing countries enterprise produced profound effect. And foreign transnational corporation photograph, China was very much a part of industry technology is backward, equipment stale, management of rigid, not high degree of specialization, to participate in the competition and resist risk ability is obviously insufficient. Thus, Chinese enterprises want to survive and develop, must contend with and transnational corporations, to resist the international economic risks, we must vigorously develop their own core competitiveness, this also is in recent years the academic circles and the business community attention topic, this paper explains the source of core competitiveness of enterprises, connotation, main characteristics, specific roles, as well as directed the actual condition of our country enterprise, how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises put forward some personal views and suggestions.
