企业创新能力的内容及其含义
当前,世界和中国对创新日益重视,并继续加大对创新的关注、投入,以及相关的制度研究与建设。党和政府把创新摆在国家发展战略全局的核心位置,围绕实施创新驱动发展战略,提出了一系列新思想、新论断和新要求。此外,国际标准化组织(ISO)也计划将创新管理纳入企业管理标准。创新是国家竞争优势的来源和企业持续发展的关键,也是战胜经济危机的重要途径。在全球化的今天,企业的生存环境发生了根本性变化,日趋激烈的市场竞争力对企业的自主创新能力提出了更为严峻的挑战。然而,创新是一项风险大、对智力资本要求高的经济与社会行为,不当或过度的创新,都会给国家和企业带来巨大的经济损失,那么,如何解决“不创新等死,创新找死”的悖论呢?答案是,有郊地运用创新管理的理论与方法。创新管理是一套整合企业创意管理、研究与开发管理、制造管理和营销管理的新型整合化企业管理模式,它运用战略、组织、资源和制度(文化)等学科逻辑,系统地推动创新的产生、发展和应用,有郊地调控创新的程度与频率,是一类复杂的企业管理理论与方法体系。在经济发展的转型阶段,创新将成为未来中国可持续发展的关键,是企业在不确定的复杂环境中获胜的法宝,而创新管理则是提高创新能力、获得更好创新绩效的关键,是企业管理的新的重要组成部分,对实施创新驱动的发展战略具有积极作用。
