金太阳企业员工激励机制存在的问题及对策
摘要:人是企业发展中最重要的生产要素,建立科学有效的激励机制有利于提高员工的积极性、能动性。充分发挥个人的能力,潜力,在工作中发光发热,为社会贡献自己的力量,利于企业的经营效益和企业的竞争能力的提高,很多企业因为员工的素质不高,存在很多工作态度的问题。
激励可以通过激发人的动机来诱导人的行为,使其发挥内在的潜力,为心中想要的目标而努力,高质量的员工团队可以体现企业核心竞争力,随着社会发展人的素质普遍提高,所以员工素质也应有进步。而建立科学有效的激励机制,有利于提高团队的整体素质,为企业做贡献。
本文针对以前工作过的公司亲身经历,从前公司激励机制的现状,存在的一些问题、隐患,提出的对公司的问题对策。
