近年来,我国的商业连锁经营呈现出了较快的发展势头。连锁经营这一新的商业经营方式和组织形式是指在商业活动中,若干同行业的店铺,共同进货,统一经营战术,经营相同的商品,达到提高规模效益的目的。但在快速发展的过程中也出现了许多的问题。为了进一步促进我国商业连锁经营的健康发展,需要我们对这些问题进行认真地研究并努力寻求解决问题的对策和措施。
