摘要
企业文化对于企业持续发展的影响,对于企业保持持久的竞争力的影响,近些年来已经成为共识。无论是发达国家或是发展中国家,企业的成功都与企业文化密不可分。而在实践中,有的企业尽管认同这些观念,并用这些观念表达企业的核心价值观,但却没有获得企业文化的力量。甚至有的企业否定了企业文化的价值,从根本上讲企业文化不仅仅是理念,而是要释放企业文化的力量,必须让文化转换为行动,这就是企业文化建设所要做的。只有把企业自身的文化建设好了才能使企业得以良好持续的发展。本文从企业文化的视角,论述了企业发展与生态文明建设并重是历史发展的客观要求,是促进社会与企业和谐的重要内容,是可持续协调发展的战略需要。并且文中还融入了滨海环保产业发展有限公司的企业文化的成功案例,很好的说明了环保企业只有将生态文明意识与环境保护责任全面地融入企业文化建设,企业才能发展的更快,更好。
