我国企业战略管理的问题、成因及对策研究
摘 要
随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,市场竞争日趋激烈,市场环境更加复杂多变。综观国内外迅速发展壮大的企业与濒临破产的中小企业同时存在,两级分化十分明显。中小企业要在复杂多变的环境中谋求生产与发展,战略管理是必不可少的,为适应企业内外形势而作出的总体性规划。战略管理的正确与否,关系到企业在市场竞争中的衰与亡。它指明了企业在竞争环境中的生产态势和发展方向,从而决定了最重要的工作内容和竞争方式。
本文从战略管理的含义出发,对我国企业战略管理问题进行了系统分析,找出来当前企业存在的主要问题是缺乏战略意识,特别体现在战略管理、战略制定、战略实施和战略评价的具体实施中。最后提出了解决我国企业战略管理的新思路。
