摘要
随着科技的快速发展和市场经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。在这个激烈竞争的市场中,企业文化的重要性变得更加显著。优秀的企业文化具有团结、导向、约束、激励等功能,是企业发展史上的基石。但是,中国很多企业在企业文化的构建上仍然有很多缺点。证券行业在中国发展了近30年,是新兴服务业,也是来自欧美的“舶来品”。作为服务产业,最后的产业发展依靠人们支持的,对于企业文化的构建要求很高。
本文以苏州旗舰营业部 F证券营业部为例。通过一系列的调查了解了企业文化建设的现状,包括物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化。在定性分析的基础上,使用丹尼森的组织文化模式对其进行量化和分析,发现了企业文化构建中的缺点。通过讨论和比较和数据分析,并进一步强化“构建”“以为文本”的文化体系”、注重“精神文化建设”、“增强制度的合理性和认同感”、“丰富激励形式”。“通过文化渗透来强化员工间的合作和部门间的合作”、“加强企业战略的培养和对未来的认识”、“改善企业文化构建对策”等,为企业发展提供参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid development of market economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In this competitive market, the importance of corporate culture has become more significant. Excellent corporate culture has the functions of unity, guidance, restraint and incentive, which is the cornerstone of enterprise development history. However, many Chinese enterprises still have many shortcomings in the construction of corporate culture. The securities industry has been developing in China for nearly 30 years. It is a new service industry and an "imported product" from Europe and America. As a service industry, the final industrial development depends on people's support, which requires a high level of corporate culture construction.
This paper takes f securities business department of Suzhou flagship business department as an example. Through a series of investigations, the paper understands the current situation of corporate culture construction, including material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture. On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper uses Denison's organizational culture model to quantify and analyze it, and finds out the shortcomings in the construction of corporate culture. Through discussion, comparison and data analysis, we should further strengthen the cultural system of "building" and "text", pay attention to "spiritual culture construction", "enhance the rationality and identity of the system" and "enrich the incentive forms". "To strengthen the cooperation between employees and departments through cultural infiltration", "to strengthen the cultivation of enterprise strategy and the understanding of the future", "to improve the construction of corporate culture countermeasures" and so on, to provide reference for the development of enterprises.
