摘 要
随着经济全球化和乳制品行业的迅速发展，原有的传统物流模式遭受到了严重的冲击，而建立现代化、信息化的物流管理系统对企业发展越来越重要。并且完善物流管理系统已经成为企业谋取更多利润的重要途径。论文首先对物流管理的发展背景和现状进行了分析，并对物流及其理论做相关的介绍。其次对伊利集团进行简单概述，并对伊利集团物流管理现状进行分析，指出物流管理中存在的各项问题；现状主要包括系统模块分析、组织结构分析、采购模块分析、分销物流管理、库存管理、运输管理和信息化建设。最终，根据系统改进的基本目标和原则，提出具体的物流系统改进方案，实现公司各环节更好的统筹管理，提高运营效率，降低企业运营成本和可规避的损失。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization and dairy industry, the original traditional logistics mode has suffered a serious impact, and the establishment of modern and information-based logistics management system is more and more important for the development of enterprises. And improve the logistics management system has become an important way for enterprises to seek more profits.
Firstly, the paper analyzes the development background and current situation of logistics management, and introduces logistics and its theory. Secondly, it gives a brief overview of Yili Group, analyzes the current situation of logistics management of Yili Group, and points out the problems existing in logistics management; the current situation mainly includes system module analysis, organization structure analysis, procurement module analysis, distribution logistics management, inventory management, transportation management and information construction. Finally, according to the basic objectives and principles of system improvement, specific logistics system improvement scheme is put forward to achieve better overall management of all links of the company, improve operational efficiency, and reduce operating costs and avoidable losses.
