摘要
“七分护理,三分治疗”,这句话很直观地阐述了护理人员在医疗服务过程中的重要责任和职业价值,而护理人才队伍的建设对医院的运营发展以及我院医疗均具有举足轻重的地位。我院镇海区人民医院2010年1月成立,护理人员由多家医院抽调、组合而成,偏年轻化。随着医院规模的扩大,原本年轻的护理队伍加上二胎政策的开放,护理工作量的增加,近年来护理人员流失较多,在岗护理人员减少。针对医院护理人员流失情况进行分析,并提出针对性的对策,以降低流失率。
