摘要:建筑工程项目风险的防范和控制是一项系统的工程。他本身是复杂的,且需要企业长期注意的,是企业长期战略计划的重要组成部分。建筑企业要加强企业风险管理意识,建立全面有效的风险管理机制,严谨建筑合同的建立,完善项目风险管理信息系统,同时采用合适的对策来转移和降低企业要承担的风险,使企业的项目管理风险控制在可以接受和应对的范围之内,使企业管理水平进一步提高,增强企业整体的行业竞争力。
