摘要:近年来,建筑工程在我国发展越来越快,企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈,想在竞争中脱颖而出须严格控制施工成本,而工程造价问题在施工阶段扮演着重要角色。施工阶段中的耗材、劳动力及相关设备都关系着整个工程造价的高低。故根据实际情况因地制宜地制订出相应的经济管理办法与对策在一定程度上会大幅降低工程造价。
