论影响法院司法公正的制约因素
[摘要]进入新世纪以来，随着司法改革的日益深入，法院的司法工作能否做到公正、公平、公开越来越受到社会的关注。要加强法院的机构改革，要从完善人大监督体制，减少地方政府的影响，加强和正确引导媒体对审判工作的影响以及要加强法官的整体素质等方面来努力。

[abstract] with the arrival of the new century, the administration of justice of the court could be accomplished just, fairly, openly. Paid close attention to more and more by the society. Strengthen the administrative structure reform of the court ,should reduce the influence of the local government from perfecting the supervision system of the National People's Congress, the perfection and wanting of the supervisory system of the media strengthens the judge's whole quality, should pay attention to bringing a case to court and telling efficiency at the same time
