药学从业人员的职业道德存在的问题及对策

摘 要

药学职业涉及广大人民群众的生命健康及生存质量。药学职业道德作为一种特殊的职业道德， 除了具有一般职业道德的特点之外，还要求药学工作人员具有扎实的药学知识与技能，以及对社会、对公众、对患者健康高度的责任感和献身精神。本文结合多年工作实践 阐述和分析药学职业道德在药学窗口服务中的重要性，外在树立形象标杆， 内在提升业务技术水准，完善药学工作，提供优质服务。职业道德是指在一定职业活动中所遵循的、具有自身职业特征的道德准则和规范，它既是对本行业人员在职业活动中的行为要求，同时又是本行业对社会所承担的道德责任和义务。由于药学从业人员的工作和人们的生命健康息息相关，所以一直以来是人们关注的焦点，以药养医的医疗体制下，药学从业人员职业道德存在的问题日趋严重，成为理论界和社会批评家们关注的热点。因此，对医生的职业道德以及其存在的问题分析以及对策研究有重要意义。

Abstract

Since pharmacy employees work and people's lives and health are closely related, it has been the focus of attention, the following drugs to support medical health care system, pharmacy practitioners ethical problems of growing to become scholars and social critics the focus of attention. Therefore, the doctor's professional ethics as well as its problems of analysis and countermeasure research is important.
