摘要
近年来,随着人工栽培技术和孢子破壁技术的发展,以及灵芝孢子生物活性成分研究逐步深入,使得灵芝孢子(粉)作为灵芝的又一药用部位逐渐为人们所认识。对产品的安全性及增强免疫力功能进行了研究,为含灵芝提取物及其孢子粉类保健食品的质量控制提供实验参考依据,也为该类产品的开发利用奠定基础。其主要内容包括以下两个方面: 一孢子粉灵芝粉剂活性成分含量测定的研究 目的:建立孢子粉灵芝粉剂中灵芝多糖类、灵芝酸、核苷类成分的含量测定方法。灵芝孢子的免疫活性与破壁与否及破壁率大小有直接关系。二孢子粉灵芝粉剂增强免疫力功能实验研究 目的:对孢子粉灵芝粉剂的增强免疫力保健功能实验进行研究。

灵芝孢子呈淡褐色至黄褐色、 内含一油滴 , 卵形 , 顶端常平截 , 双层壁 , 内孢壁淡褐色至黄褐色 , 有突起的小刺 , 外孢壁平滑 , 无色。灵芝孢子的双层壁是由几丁质和葡聚糖构成 , 且具有同心圆的层网结构 , 质地坚韧 , 耐酸碱 , 极难氧化分解 , 从而限制了对其化学成分、 生物活性成分的提取和研究。近年来 , 孢子破壁方法的发展促进了对灵芝孢子中生物活性成分的提取及药理作用的研究。
