摘要
按给药途径综述国内外文献近年来微粒给药系统的研究与应用进展。微粒给药系统具有增加药物溶解度、提高药物生物利用度、降低药物刺激性和延缓药物释放、增强靶向性与皮肤渗透性等作用。表明微粒给药系统能改善药物的理化性质及生物学性质,应用前景广阔。本文从微粒给药的途径,体内分布情况及制剂设计的影响几个方面,对微粒给药系统进行论述,旨在研究微粒给药系统。
