摘要
中药在抗炎药物的研究中,因其药效好,来源丰富,不良反应少而受到人们关注和重视,中药抗炎活性成分结构类型广泛,目前已经从机体水平、细胞水平、分子生物学水平、基因水平上阐述了各类中药活性成分的抗炎作用机制,而中药抗炎作用的分子机制十分复杂,中药是通过多途径、多环节发挥抗炎作用的,必须从更多的抗炎途径和环节对其进行深入研究。目的:综述了近年来中药活性成分对炎症有较好的治疗作用的研究进展。方法:检索近年来国内相关文献并进行了分析和归纳。我国传统中药抗炎的效果是肯定的,相比起西药较大的不良反应,中药还有其独特优点。中药抗炎活性成分来源丰富、不良反应小,原料易得,具有广泛的应用开发前景。结论:通过对中药活性成分的抗炎作用及其作用机制的研究,可为进一步研究与开发中药抗炎新药提供信息。
