摘要
概述一个世纪前最早出现的变压器是干式变压器.由于这种变压器容量不能做大,电压无法做高,技术上受到了极大的限制.20世纪80年代末,干式变压器从国外进入中国。在20世纪50~60年代,中国出现了B级绝缘敞开式通风冷却干式变压器(国外被称为OVDT),这种干式变压器由于材料价格高、性能差、可靠性低和故障率高,没有得到进一步发展.其实在当时,国外已经出现了环氧树脂和NOMEX纸.于是,在欧洲就开发了环氧树脂浇注干式变压器,美国开发了用NOMEX纸作绝缘的OVDT敞开式通风冷却干式变压器,接着法国采用美国杜邦公司的NOMEX绝缘纸开发出SECURAMID(赛格迈)VDT包封式通风冷却干式变压器。
干式变压器至今每年以超过20%的增长率迅猛发展。2002年全国产销量约18,000MVA,成为世界上干变不销量最大的国家之一。据有关部门不完全统计,全国干式变压器生产厂有50多家,但其发展很不平衡:产销量排前五名的厂,约占全国总产销量的62%,前十名厂约占全国总产销量的80%;年产量在100MVA以上的厂21家(面对如此激烈的市场竞争,年产量在100MVA以下的厂,求得生存和发展是极其艰难的)。目前,全球产销量第一的厂商为顺德特种变压器厂,从全球范围看,我国的干式变压器生产技术和生产工艺已经达到世界领先水平,并且拥有自主的知识产权,具有很强的竞争力。2002年产销量已超4,200MVA,加入WTO之后,随着开放程度的进一步提高,这一领域出现了更为广阔的市场空间。
