Abstract
The development of a tourist city should attach importance to planning and establish an overall image. This paper lists some environmental and cultural conditions of Hangzhou itself. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Beijing, and drawing on the culture of the Han and Tang Dynasties in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the cultural heritage of Xi'an, the author puts forward that Hangzhou must take the Southern Song culture as the main clue to build a series of scenic spots related to the Southern Song Dynasty, museums, blocks, buildings, catering restaurants and so on. Restoring the palace and wall of the Southern Song Dynasty, carrying forward the theory of Neo Confucianism in the Southern Song Dynasty, popularizing the appreciation of poetry and poetry in the Southern Song Dynasty, in order to improve the history of the Southern Song Dynasty in the history of the Chinese history, so as to improve the popularity of Hangzhou in the world.
