Abstract
In the past twenty years, China's colleges and universities in the two national college English test four six, to promote college students to pay attention to English, to master the degree of English has played a great role. The compound is also very much attention to English teaching and learning, students' interest in English learning is becoming more and more strong, examination oriented ability is increasing year by year. However, the oral expression ability of college students in daily life, that is, language communicative ability is not satisfactory.
However,Language is a bridge of human communication, under the current international situation, English is a necessary language subject, in the problems existing in our country is how to improve the students' oral English expression ability, communicative English in our life how to apply more and more extensive. So how to improve spoken English in College Teaching is very important.
This paper expounds the importance of oral English from the perspectives of students, teachers and educational environment.
