Abstract
The State Council has officially passed China (SH)Free Trade Trial Zone’s (simplify as SH Free Trade Zone) establishment on Aug 22,2013.According to our government’s vision,SH Free Trade Zone mainly reflects following three features: strong demonstration,active opening,around the system innovation.The writer talk about SH FTZ’s financial innovation,combine the current situation of current RMB capital account liberalization and RMB internationalization,deeply study the positive influence generated by FTZ financial innovation .At the same time implement overall analysis to FTZ financial innovation’s benefits and cost,finally put forward feasible suggestion about FTZ’s further development.

摘要
国务院于2013年8月22日正式通过中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的设立（以下简称“上海自贸区”）。根据我国政府的设想，上海自贸区主要表现出以下三个特征：一是较强的示范性；二是主动的开放性；三是围绕制度创新而进行。笔者谈谈上海自贸区的金融创新，结合当前人民币资本账户开放和人民币国际化的现状，并深入研究自贸区金融创新为其造成的积极影响，同时还对自贸区金融创新的收益与成本进行了全面的分析，最后提出关于自贸区今后发展的可行性建议。
