摘 要
本文首先从外语交流的基本知识入手廓清国际交流能力的内涵。以XXXXXXXX学院暑期赴英游学项目的学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查了解:第一,在校大学本科生在英语语言知识、语言能力、语言交际能力尤其是真实语境下的英语交流方面的能力。第二,通过分类统计的方法具体研究非外语专业本科生国际交流水平差异的原因。调查研究在全球化经济和信息时代背景下非外语专业本科生的国际交流能力水平,最终为如何提升非英语专业本科生的国际交流能力提出建议,为制定更为合理的人才培养计划提供理论和实践依据,为推进国际化背景下高层次应用型人才的培养提供助力。

ABSTRACT
This paper first summarizes the implications of international communicative competence according to the basic knowledge of English communication. The author investigated some participants in the Summer School Project for this paper to study a bit of questions. First, this paper researches undergraduates of non-English majors’ competence on English linguistic knowledge and linguistic competence, communicative competence especially English communicative competence in the real context. Second, this paper, according to the methods of classified statistics, specifically studies the reasons why undergraduates of non-English majors have horizontal differentiations in English communication. This paper investigated undergraduates of non-English majors’ international communicative competence under the background of economic globalization and information era. Finally, this paper aims to raise some suggestions to improve undergraduates of non-English majors’ international communicative competence and raise some useful advice on theory and practice to make a reasonable talent development program. It also aims to provide assistance for developing high-qualified talents and practical management talents under the background of internationalization.
