摘 要：20世纪60年代,在“披头士”乐队的影响下，美国正趋消散的摇滚乐开始重获生机，由此掀起了摇滚乐历史上一次新的高潮。“披头士”继承了摇滚乐前十年的成果，以自己的创造和革新丰富和发展了摇滚乐，将其推到了一个新的历史阶段。从此，摇滚乐不再只是一种单纯的娱乐音乐，具备了更多的让人思考的内涵，其歌声影响了一代人的艺术趣味、服装发式、生活方式和人生态度。本文分析摇滚产生的历史背景，阐释披头士的兴起和发展，强调其在摇滚历史上的地位，并总结摇滚精神的社会作用。
