浅析职业道德在业务员工作中的重要作用
摘要
所谓职业道德，就是同人们的职业活动紧密联系的符合职业特点所要求的道德准则、道德情操与道德品质的总和。 每个从业人员，不论是从事哪种职业，在职业活动中都要遵守道德。职业道德不仅是从业人员在职业活动中的行为标准和要求，而且是本行业对社会所承担的道德责任和义务。职业道德是社会道德在职业生活中的具体化。
本文所阐述的是有关职业道德在业务员工作中的重要作用。业务员是企业营销战略中的执行者和实施者，他们工作业绩的好坏直接影响到企业的经济效益，所以对每个从业人员来说，具备相应的职业道德和职业素养是至关重要的。

A Tentative Analysis of Significance of Professional Ethics
for Businessmen
Abstract
With the development of society and economy, more and more people are involved in doing business. How to be a successful businessman? To have the corresponding professional ethics and the professional accomplishment is very important. It is certain that ethics is of great significance in people's professional activities. This article elaborates the professional ethics and its importance for businessmen. To be a qualified businessman, he must pay close attention to keeping the professional ethics in mind. It also analyzes how to be a competent businessman and illustrates how to set up the correct professional ethics. In the end it is concluded that following main professional ethics principles is of benefit to all businessmen.
